Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.6 this morning and yesterday.. 5.3 the morning before 5.3. I’m quite new to this so not really sure if that’s good or bad. I just got told that if I have several days of high 4’s or low 5’s to drop my insulin by 2mg
