Yea.... 5.2 this morning, probably my lowest yet. Had a great fasting day yesterday where carb count registered just 1.5g! Got a hospital appointment at 11.15 this morning so hope to keep fasting until I return back home.

Went to bed last night at 5.6. After being up for 2 hours I tested, bg came to 7.4 which is quite a jump on just having a glass of water and a Bisoprolol tablet. Tested again and it's 6.4, an error of margin or the 'phenomenon' at play. Weighed a pound lighter this morning after a fasting day.
