Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

15.1 at 7.00. Generally mine is 10 - 12 fasting, so today a bit high - and no idea why! Due a review at the end of the month, and insulin (Toujeo) still being amended (raised it myself to 46 units once a day - following guidelines from my advisor - this week).
I have had Type 2 for over 15 years, but only medicated for almost 3 years. I feel great all the time, and am fairly careful on what I eat - restrict carbs and no sugar - but my glucose levels do not want to go down!!
