My BG have been below 7 for ages and stable so I don't test regularly. I'm on Komboglyze.
I went out for a 3km walk after taking my evening dose without eating. When I got back my BG was 5.5mmol/L.
This is how big I was in 2014. My avatar, that was taken about two months ago.
