G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 4.7 mmol/L at 05:00 this a.m. I ran a stiff 7km late morning run yesterday.


Side swiped by depression the past 3? days. But have been careful with my eating. Low carb-ing is a habit now, thankfully.
