6.5hrs of sleep. Sure beats 4hrs.

16km run routine, came back with a BG of 4.9 mmol/L. I'll take that.

Yes thank you, have been away again and can't access the site numbers still fluctuating but lowing my carbs and back walk so hopefully get back on track
