Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

though 3 hours after food and a walk it had come down to 7.5.

7.5 this morning but my asthma/hay fever played up last night so ended up munching halls extra lozenges, yes I know point taken but they seemed to help. Work out done today so still running a wee bit high but should level out
