My Thurs waking BG is 5.8 mmol/L.

(I've been doing 30 weighted squats on getting out of bed, before testing. Wonder if that's giving me a higher BG..)

Same here.. Took a short walk and it went up a few points.. Apparently body releases cortisol and adrenaline in the beginning to fuel the muscles, so longer periods of walking will show more stable numbers
