Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

I sympathise totally, my fasting glucose is always around 8 first thing, two hours after eating its between 5-6 and if I leave the fast four fourteen hours its around 4-5? Taking one slow release metformin and diet and exercise‍

Snack at midnight. Forget what it was. Blood donor clinic yesterday. Guess I was snacking. Took my metformin at 05:00hrs.
