15.5 this morning. Not been below 13.2 for 7 months now. Seeing the GP in a month's time to increase Ozempic or go back on Mounjaro.

Afternoon all. New here and still in a bit of denial over my BC reading and diagnosis. Since then I have purchased a CGM and followed much of the advice around diet on here so thanks for all the posts and comments that the quiet ones like me read and take in.

My morning readings are a bit of an odd one. Usually around 5-6 when I wake up but shoot up to anywhere between 8 and 12 within 2 hours. Stress seems to have a bigger bearing on my readings than food does. Is that common?
