Uk night owl

Awake due to upset stomach. Had it since leaving hospital on Monday. Sister in law thinks it's stress.

Or change of diet. My partner and mum had to live off sandwiches mainly when awaiting my first baby.
Look after yourself hun. ♡♥♡
I hope you managed to get your full 8hrs in the end.

Managed to get about 3. Got woken by binmen.
 
Still awake as coughing fit and still not settled on reliever inhaler. Sitting up to get less wheezing and coughing.
Once I can lie down, I should relax enough to sleep.

I keep waking 4yr old (he's a light sleeper). :(

4yr old woke and my voice reassuring him was enough to settle him back into sleep.
I had sleep like you before their bedtime to help me cope with disrupted sleep.

Decided not to , thought I would have am better nights sleep without it , guess I thought wrong. Woke just before 1 couldn't get back to sleep so at 4 I got up .

Will be glad when Ron gets his tramadol, he's been awake with pains across his shoulders again. Hope you managed some sleep .x
 
I've had a lie in this morning then 5hrs this afternoon but I could sleep again. So I'll be off to bed soon.
Sweet dreams @tina_marie and Ron.
 
Another night where I'm still awake , body don't want to shut down.
 
I woke up at 4am saturday morning. Managed to stay awake until 9pm then woke again around midnight!
So another day (sunday) will feel zombied. I would give a kidney to get eight hours undisturbed, refreshing sleep.
