I knew I'd been putting on weight lately, but I got weighed at the doctors today and it was a bit worse than I'd hoped: 97.6 kg/ 15 stone. That's quite bad for me, and I know my cholesterol/ blood-pressure readings will be poor alongside. Long term, I need to get down to 12-13 stone. Short term, I need to lose some weight quickly for my next cardiologist appointment. I'm going to read through the posts here and try to get some ideas and encouragement- good luck everyone!
