Stopped trying to convert to lbs and kg as I'm sure I was doing it wrong and googles calculator was massively out (lost in conversion.)
plus kgs and lbs are
such big numbers with
such little changes I prefer the stones and lbs numbers

A surprising -9lbs down
Seems a lot but I suppose there's a lot to go, am eating pretty low carb (for me) at around 48g paced over the day (not counting some green stuff) which doesnt seem to negatively affect my bgs. Calories are clocking in around 800-1000 per day, which is a pretty big deficit from what I
should be eating to maintain my weight. (one app reckons 3250 calories a day to maintain my current weight but I'm wary of such recommendations anyway.)
