That is a great result, well done!Mini success this week. As suggested I have added more cheese and nuts, cream in coffee and have gone from 47.1 kg to 47.3. Every little helps right?!

Since last Friday I have lost 5lbs which marks the 1st stone since 3rd September and also brings me just below the 220lb / 100kg mark which were my first two targets to hit since diagnosis! Now onwards for the next target of 200lbs just because it's a nice round number!
Combining cycling and a lower carb diet whilst calorie counting seems to be doing the trick for me so far!

Just don't eat those baked beans! Just use them for weighing. Well done!Since diagnosis on 26 July, I've low carbed and increased my activity from zero to some. Weight was 98.5kg in July, this morning 87.9. I measure my loss in cans of baked beans...that's about 23 by my calculations. My target is 75kg, so a way to go. Love reading all your progress. Keep going in the direction you need guys.
