Bgs have been much better this week (either from lower carb or higher temperatures as spring arrives) which may have had a positive effect.
Wow, well done, that is really great!I think this is day 9 of my diet. I did manage to lose 2 kg over the Summer. But I think I just happened to eat less due to the heat and humidity.
Down 3kg since day 1.
I expect things to slow down now. Although it'd be nice to say goodbye to a kilo per week, for a while, I'd want to slow that at some point.

My HbA1c came back at 39. No longer pre-diabetic, so well pleased.
