Mine turned out to have a toothpaste lid underneath one day, leaving me very disappointed that I hadn't lost 3kg overnight.

No weight loss this week, I had my usual appointment with my practice nurse but my BP is the success story - 111/64! Chuffed with that :)

Another 2lb off so now 12st 9.25lb. Now can run 30mins without stopping, after following couch to 5k program( never thought I would ever be running ) This diabetes diagnosis 4 months ago gave me a thumping, great kick up the backside !!

Spoke too soon about Plateauing - now down almost another kilo, after some long walks at the weekend, and several gym trips and sticking to my diet. This brings me into the top end of 'healthy weight for your height' - which is nice. Will have to celebrate with something extravagant (but safe) if anyone has any suggestions?

Still no weight loss despite being extremely active. Hopefully that will change soon as I have just started taking Levo

Well done all who have lost .... you rock!

Flipping great BP:) the weight is a steady steady game and that helps the skin shrink with the weight loss. You'll get there:)

Thanks Keven - I don't want to make the same mistake I did before. I lost 2 and a half stone quickly and most of it was put back on again! Slow and steady wins the race as the saying goes :)

2 lbs lost since last week, but on the whole I am slowing down and plateauing so overall 4lbs lost in the last 4 weeks. I am accepting that i will lose some weeks and not lose others, to give an average small loss per month. I've now lost 2 stone since diagnosis at New Year, and would like to lose another stone but at 4lbs per month I'm looking at almost Christmas! Nevermind, I am going (roughly) in the right direction.

198.8 this morning... total down: 41.2lbs since Feb 25, 2016

That's an amazing weightloss, although I have to translate it into stones and pounds! Almost three stone by my reckoning, which is incredible. Are you in the States? My American Mother in Law always states weights in pounds only, very confusing to us Brits! I have lost 2 stone since January, which is 28lbs. I now weigh 149lbs, another 14lbs to go! I'm only 5'5" so need to be below 140lbs to get my BMI down to a reasonable level. My goal is 135lbs (or 9 stone 9lbs as we would say here).

I'm a Canadian Brit, born there, live here in lovely England now. In 0.8 more lbs, I will be down three stone. SO EXCITED!!! Only 4st12.8lb to go!! (Btw, 58.8 types easier) LOL! My goal is ten stone even (140lbs)
