Weekly weigh in - Fridays

25/11 - Good Morning People.
Today I am 13 stone 4lbs = put on 4lbs since last Friday :grumpy:. But, I have not been as mobile due to having a bad back for almost a week.

I am so sad that you are in such a pain all the time , hope you will get better very soon..

I did not lose anything last week - I have not weighed myself this week - reason I was away for the weekend and forgot to weigh myself this morning before heading off to work.
Because I was away for the weekend food choices were very limited and not a 'good' option among them, no shops within walking distance so could not do a thing about it. That being said I ate the cooked breakfast, avoided the cereals and the porridge. I ate a roll at lunch and only ate the main course for the evening meal - as I had no adverse effects I think I managed to keep the blood sugar levels within my tolerance range............ and to compensate I did do a lot of exercise....
Where possible in the future I am opting for self catering holidays - even when you tell them what you can eat they do not seem to be able to provide it - even at work when I attend meetings I end up eating salad leaves..............
The lack of acceptance and of a workable meal amazes me. Sorry moan over, weekend away was lovely, food was not great.

Will try and do the weigh in tomorrow morning.

Resist!, your friend wouldn't want to be the cause of you falling off the wagon. Sad
 
93.3 on Wednesday's prediabetes xpert course I was diagnose type 2 on the induction session:meh:. 1.1kg lost last week:happy:. Not expecting this trend to last, but enjoying it whilst it does.
 
Good morning .159lbs again! So I have maintained.

@Liam1955 not being able to move and the change in medication will account for the weight gain. It will come off when your better. Don't be worrying about anything but getting better:)
 
After some quite strenuous walking this morning weighed in at 111.3kg down just under 23kg from the beginning of September. Will be buying some smaller size clothes shortly:)
