Weekly weigh in - Fridays

72.5kg today so creeping back down (slowly) , from 72.8kg two weeks ago.... My weight does oscillate horribly though so I'll probably be bacl up next week.
I am glad it is going down Ellie, it would drive me nuts to have oscillating results week on week, I take my hat off to you for persevering, that is half the battle really!

I agree @JenniferM55 sticking with it is key. Sorry about the lack of a loss this week, hopefully next week the scales will cooperate!

Commiserations @MissMuffett I was able to get rid of the sweets I had bought for the trick or treaters, thankfully, otherwise I would have been very tempted too. I think my diet is mostly keto now as I have really cut back on the carbs and it is working well for me, so I hope you get good results over the next 7 weeks (is that all until Christmas? EEek!).

Up again. Hate this up and down. 217.0 up 1.4lb
There are so many things that can account for the rollercoaster effect, such as the volume of water you drank the day before, the time of the month (for ladies), stress levels and much more.
Don’t beat yourself up, and maybe try measuring inches instead of pounds. You may be surprised!

83.1 this morning (Thanks Ruby Tuesday (cat) for waking me! That 0.7 kg down this week  That's 342 bags of Walkers (other brands are available;)) crisps!:smug: Goodluck to all to get where you need to be.
That is a lot of crisps - well done on your loss this week, Callyandy!

Commiserations @filly that must be so frustrating for you, I hope it improves next week.

Well done @aylalake - yes, there comes a point when it slows down, that is when patience is required - you are right about the inches though, and well done on feeling your rib cage, I still can't feel mine.

Woo-hoo @bolingbroke - that is brilliant, you are doing so well, it must feel so much better.

Well, I lost another 3lbs this week, which is quite a surprise as this week has been fairly stressful and stress usually messes with my system. Anyway, I will take it! I have been dieting for 6 months now and over that time I have lost 68.5lbs. Probably another 6 months at least to go though, le sigh.

Oh my! That’s a huge weight loss in just 6 months, and a cracking good week’s loss!

That's great - well done.

I, myself, have only lost a pound this week, but at least I'm in the sixteens!

Yay, @IanBish.
I would happily lose a pound consistently every week to get closer to my goal, that much faster.
