Yep, lol, if I said too much about my lifestyle. I’d have to “do” myself for promotion with the music.
Then there is the “day job” too..

I’m currently pulling all mention of error posts & screenshots (of the aforementioned) together for the “boffins” & flagging it up..

I'm pretty useless at the moment, as I'm on holiday. Internet is sketchy in my tent, I hate using my phone for typing and I'm having to keep a close eye on my battery too because I need the phone for my sensor and navigation, and my power bank doesn't seem to work.

Can't believe forum now relies on us writing posts in another app, so we don't lose everything when yet another error stops us posting

I have not had a problem like this, even on a totally different forum using the same forum software.

If you are using the forum app, uninstall it and use a browser such as Chrome, and you will not have the problem.

You got our assurance this is a priority “code red” flag up with the mod team..

Sadly Not applicable, but thanks anyway.

Web based.. chrome, droid mobile ..so don't use app.

Same issue on fire tablet.

And others having same issue,
Various devices and methods..

I was today!
I loved it, saw two foxes, lots of squirrels, had a ride in the cable cars, pretended to be a driver in the driverless train and bought a tourist shirt to go with my picture on the meridian.

But one day of such a busy and noisy city was enough, glad to be back in my tent outside the city!
Moving on tomorrow.

I’m not a techie. But have been looking up these error messages.

Been all over this like the proverbial rash since getting in from work.
Seeing similar using safari.. sussed out a rough idea what’s happening.

And @Administrator has filled in he blanks as I spoke.. Told you it’s flagged up..

Pictures appear to upload and are visible and then sometimes stop being visible to some or all - has happened to me in PMs too and pics I’ve uploaded are not visible even to me.

A new issue (to me) is that under the notification bell unread posting I’m alerted to are marked with a solid dot, read ones an empty circle. The last few days I’ve noticed unread messages being marked read after reading another notification, even when I’ve not yet visited that unread thread

Also it appears that my online status (little green symbol at the base of my avatar) is visible to all even though I’ve selected it not to be. (Or maybe it only shows to me I can’t tell)

For me if I place my mouse curser over the empty circle it comes up with the text mark as unread if its a solid circle it comes up with mark as read.

I’m on an iPad so no mouse. If I touch the circle I can change it between read and unread but that’s not the issue. The problem is the website (not app) changes unread to read for me without it being read.

For me it changes the alerts on likes as read, but not the alerts on replies.

Seems pretty random then not a uniform response for all users there will be differences also depending on if you have andriod sytem or OS or whatever I should think, we may just have to live with its idiosyncrasies.
