What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B.Bacon and ratatouille
L. Spinach surrender and salad veg
D. Ribeye steak with cabbage and leek, stir fried with onions, mushrooms and boursin
25g nuts
Babybel
 
So far...
B- eggs w/ butter, coffee with cream
S- dry roasted pumpkin seeds
L- shredded pork loin, avocado, and raw green beans
D- ??? My family is going to revolt if I don't come up with something. Although, maybe if I fail to plan, Mr. Inspiration will come up with something. ;)
 
B - 1 Banana, 2 slices of toast & butter.
L - 2 slices of toast & butter.
D - 3 sandwiches: lettuce, cheese, cucumber and raw onion & bag of
Cheese/Onion crisp.
S - 4 Crackers with butter and garlic cheese spread.
 
Today's efforts.
Brunch - 4 slices of spinach bread fried in butter with half a pack of Ardennes pate. Yummishness.
Dinner - Sirloin steak and spinach.
Snack - Dairlyea slices and a pack of Biltong.

@liam1955, this is the thread for "Low Carb" meal records. Your menu for today doesn't look very low carb!! Are you sure you're on the right part of the forum?
 
Today's efforts.
Brunch - 4 slices of spinach bread fried in butter with half a pack of Ardennes pate. Yummishness.
Dinner - Sirloin steak and spinach.
Snack - Dairlyea slices and a pack of Biltong.

B: Mini Babybel, almond scone & almond butter
L: Bacon omelette with sautéed kale, blueberries & cream
D: Avocado & ham hock salad, raspberries & cream
 
B: yog, blue, rasps and walnuts
L: celery, olives, cold roast pork, Baba ghanoush
D: haddock coated in ground almonds and fried in butter, peas, tar-tare sauce

Probably going to give the yog in the morning a rest and go back to chia seeds et al

L: Tuna salad with boiled egg, avocado, lettuce and mayo
D: Chicken and mushroom carbonara with shirataki noodles (I know some people aren't fans, but I love them, plus they seem to lower my blood sugar a little, which is a nice bonus!)
 
D- (yesterday) cooked by Mr. Vintage (YAY) was eggs, bacon, and sautéed spinach.

Today:
B- coffee w/ cream, two eggs
S- beef broth & some Ballyshannon cheese
L- strip steak, sriacha mayo, pickles
S- "Jelly" with a bit of cream (thanks @Brunneria )
D- ? There is some hot Italian sausage thawing in the fridge, so that with some veggies
 
B: Peanut butter on an oopsie roll
L: Tuna salad with boiled egg, avocado, lettuce and mayo
D: Chicken and mushroom carbonara with shirataki noodles (I know some people aren't fans, but I love them, plus they seem to lower my blood sugar a little, which is a nice bonus!)

Tuna and avocado pairs so nicely, doesn't it?

Hello jamesb80, nice to see you,try and get hold of the little book: Carbs and Cals pocket counter by chris cheyette and yello balolia, you will find it very helpful,ask as many questions as you likeclive.
 
B: cheese omelette
L: brie, baby plum tomatoes, quorn pepperoni, almonds, creamy decaf
D: courgetti pesto with sundried tomatoes
Bake Off snack for later: pineapple vegi jelly with banana flavoured cream (they can keep their fancy pastry!)
 
Today's efforts
B - Bulletproof coffee
Second breakfast! - McDonalds double sausage & egg mcmuffin without the muffin. (I knew I wasn't going to get lunch so I loaded up)

D - Sea bass & asparagus.
S - a piece of cheddar I snaffled whilst cooking for the kids.

My bloods have been a bit higher the last couple of weeks. I think it's because I'm overdoing protein. I'm going to concentrate on my fats for a few days. Now where did I put that avocado?
 
Ok, I'm awaiting official diagnosis although my Dr has said I AM diabetic. I have a 2nd blood test tomorrow but she very much doubts it will be below 6.0 I'm trying hard to reduce carbs and drastically change my diet and eating (bad) habits so if I'm going wrong then I hope someone will tell me ;) :)

B - None
L - Salad (mixed lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber) with a tin of mackerel. Greek Yoghurt.
S - Broccoli and Stilton Cuppa Soup and 4x Oatcakes
D - Smoked River Cobbler (grilled) and 2 field mushrooms with 2 small slices of wholemeal bread. Small bar (Aldi's) 70% Cocoa chocolate (treat)

And very shortly I need to fast for my blood test so it'll be mineral water only :(
