Lunch: Cheese and Vegemite sandwiches.
Dinner: Seafood marinara and reheated pasta (spirals).
Breakfast: Usual c & m omelette, bacon, tomato and a reheated spud lite tater
I eat low carb bread and potatoes, and the pasta is cooked then reheated as per Micheal Moselys show, if any one is wondering.
Same as high carb spuds, buy them in the Colesworth supermarkets.How do you manage low carb potatoes?

Your toasted tea cakes are a little like another of my favorites, spelt toast with butter and honey. One piece was rarely enough, but I have an allergic-like reaction to honey, so stopped at two.
