I run the back of a knife over it to make a grid so that it snaps into squares - well, when it feels like it. Tasty though - and a great talking point at tea parties.
Monk Fruit Classic sweetener does the trick if the rhubarb needs sweetened but at the moment the thin, pink rhubarb (as Chook illustrates) doesn't really need it. If I make a low carb crumble with it I add strawberries which sweetens it.

You can have fish and chips. It's another of my oddities. I hated fish n chips but started longing for it when I went low carb.
I use cod loin and a LC crumb which is a mix of Almond flour, parmesan, sesame seeds, seasoning and it can sometimes have lemon zest/parsley in it. I'm not keen on batter but here's a link to a LC tempura batter recipe from my CMT

Chips? Celeriac, aubergine, zucchini or my current favourite mixed veggie chips. Halloumi chips as well. I also knock together the DD curry tartare sauce. Very easy, Hellmans mayo, chopped pickled cucumber and medium curry powder or paste.

I buy quite a few things from them. Prices are reasonable, quick delivery and a good selection.
Mine is so fragile I can't see that being worth it. I did put cheese on one batch, a creammmmy buttery Vermont Creamery Cremont. It was very good. I just spread it on and let the little chips that fell away serve as the top halves of the bigger pieces. Oh man I am so glad I tried those! There is no way I could stop at just half or a quarter of that, not currently! I think I must have been really hungry.
Any of you got it on CMT?I agree - first couple of times I scored it first so I could break it into neater crackers but I invariably ate the whole thing anyway so there didn’t seem much point. I think it looks very artisanal this way!

Ooooh! Mucho brownie points for using the word ‘artisanal’.
I have managed to miss this magic micro cracker recipe - does anyone have a link?
(Dog is currently trying to bury a bone under my foot, so not able to conduct a coherent search!)
Haha thank you - I use it often to discribe my efforts which others might rudely call a bit messy!
Have you got CMT?
Otherwise @dunelm will probably post another link if we ask nicely
Yes, i’ve had CMT for ages.
But i was away from home when everyone swapped their CMT ids and I thought ‘I’ll collect them all when I get home’. But this thread moves so fast, I never found the pages again. Lol
I thought you did. My CMT name is the same as on the forum so I’ll be easy to find. I’ll need to add you to my circle too so you can see my stuff. What’s your cmt name?
I've added you to my circle. If I recall we're all using the same forum names.Thank you!
I’m Brunneria (surprised? Haha)
Thank you!
