lol!About half a pack of those diabetic biscuits from Quality Save... No sugar, but full of carbs!!! Think I'll leave pricking my thumb til tomorrow.

Not criticising at allHi MelitusTrap, portion size is still a very grey area for me and I am struggling to discover the correct amount.
