What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Excuse my ignorance but what is LC cheesecake and LC toast ??
Members are using foods that are lower in carbs. They either use a recipe or, as in the case of toast, find a bread with a lower carb content. Some members do make their own bread.

Hi Margar

It's great that you can eat bread. I used to love Burgen but unfortunately it doesn't love me back.

Oh dear, so what bread do you eat? I've tried the Lidl protein roll & I really don't like them. Last week I bought a small loaf from Morrisons - spelt & rye (I think it was rye). Anyway, lovely bread, only trouble is I could have eaten 1/2 the loaf!! Not sure of the carb content, but I seem to remember it's lower than "normal" bread. Nice and light and kept well.

Can I ask? If you were to measure/weigh your food, what would be a good average?
Animal / fish protein in ounces per meal and day?
Cup or fraction of cups of veg?
Do you gob fat or just make sure you have some?
Do you eat veggies at every meal?

Some of you seem to eat so little. I do use an appetizer plate to keep me in line as my eyes are always bigger than my stomach.

Also does too much fat create hunger/cravings for you? I have some fine tuning to do and want to see what others are doing.

Thanks a bunch
