I was going to buy it but when I went to check out the message said it would delay my order for about 5 days. I removed it as the bread situation was getting desperate. Glad I did!I thought you had bought it before around the same time as me - did you ever try it? Imo it tastes like what I would imagine baby sick to be like - disgusting - but I have eaten it a) because of the price b) because it has a lot of the good stuff in it - I overload it with greek yoghurt & berries and when that is all gone I chuck the rest of it in the bin - I will never buy it again but I think they have taken it off at the moment as they are trying to improve the taste - which wouldn't be hard ....
Brunch - slc porridge overloaded with greek yoghurt & berries. @DJC3 Yes it was the semi skimmed milk that spiked me before - I have been making it with coconut milk and hardly any rise at all
@jape is not the only one enjoying pictures, I love them as well!Dinner: salt and chilli ribs with roasted veg (pic for @jape !)
Now I am more confused.Yes, please keep joining in whenever you feel like it!
The main thing going on this thread is what we've eaten, and on top of that there is some conversation going, which you are perfectly free to ignore or reply too!
It's for chat without food involved which either is continuing something started here, or just something we want to share not relating to anything on this thread. Now I am more confused. What is the parallel chat thread for?

It's close to impossible to say when something is too much chat for this thread, but since the parallel thread has started, much less derailing to the point of moderating has taken place here.
A good example of a post which would have been better placed in the parallel thread is the second half of my previous post, right before your post.
I put it here because it all came out rather unplanned, it should have been a single sentence but it wanted out.
I've left it, because it's so big a fear, and I needed to share. Can't share with anyone else because it's still a 'nothing' and nobody knows but her and me.
Typical case of being a member first and a mod second.
I actually think that something like you are currently so worried about is right to be shared here. I hope you and your friend get the right answers and dianosis / treatment as soon as possible. It's for chat without food involved which either is continuing something started here, or just something we want to share not relating to anything on this thread.

(Won't object if my colleagues move half my post there though! Don't want to do it myself, feels like some superstitious bad luck)
Winner for sticking to the low carb sweet options and hope fasting for bloods goes well.Unlike @DJC3 I did succumb to the need for something sweet. Been craving for a couple of days. Went out and bought Fage 0%, some raspberries and some Lindt 90%. Far too much of each has already gone. Very enjoyable though and far less damage than some of the alternatives that crossed my mind! No more this evening as bloods in the morning require fasting.
That followed today’s meal of beef topside slow cooked in the air fryer. Delicious. No pics of the cooked meat, but this was how it started out. Nice fat cap!

Went to the butcher today to show them your picture and tell them "this is what I want". They looked very relieved when I added "but I don't need it today".Oh my! Just had the best ever slow roast pork belly. Found a recipe which suggested wrapping the meat (but not the rind) in foil during cooking, to keep it moist and almost confit it. This was a fatty piece but boy did it work. Meat was meltingly tender and the crackling salty and crisp. Shame it was such a small piece!
