Total 31g of my 120g carbs daily target.
Fasting BG was 4.7 this am

D hamburger with sauteed mushrooms and tomato
 
B: Low Carb Toast & butter
L: 4 dressed Orkney Crab with cucumber sticks and baby toms. Raspberries. (venturing into the Hi Fat/LowCarb area.)

Hello everybody
B. Raspberries and cream
L. 2 thin slices of ham and piece of Stilton
D. Beef Bolognaise with courgette spaghetti.
 
B: pork & chilli sausages, scrambled eggs
L: 1/2 Lidl roll with duck & orange pate; small bar G&B choc
D: chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, courgetti with pesto & pine nuts
 
B: flaxseed, full fat yogurt and spoonful of peanut butter
L: vegetable omelette with smoked cheese (yes I have been to the cheesemonger again )
D: stir fry veggies and pumpkin seeds
 
All very the same
B: Pecans, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds with Lidl yog and passion fruit
L: 3 egg om, d. cream, cheese ham and chives
D: Lamb, fried courgettes (way too sweet) and avocado salad, red wine and square of 90%.

Yesterday
B - mashed avocado on half a Lidl roll
L - Mattesson's smoked pork sausage
D - Chinese chicken wings (salt, pepper & spices, no breading or sauce.
S - coffee & cream, coconut water, Merlot.
 
Spent Wednesday and Thursday night and half of Friday in hospital, so my diet consisted of morphine and paracetamol. Had to have a scan so clear fluids only, after the scan the only thing they could offer me was toast!!
Today:
B: 2x cup of tea
L: prawns with mayo and iceberg lettuce, actimel drink, small satsuma
D: husband is cooking a roast, so lamb and vegetables
S: water, raspberries.
 
@s.sollis I hope you are feeling a bit better. Sorry to hear about hospital.

D: garlicky mushrooms, spinach and halloumi

L - sardines
D - Broccoli and stilton soup with half a Lidl roll (buttered)
S - coffee & cream

Today for me.

B: 50g tomatoes with 75g of Tesco Soft cheese followed this up with 1 apple on my way to work
L: 350g (approx.) chicken fried in spices with 75g (approx.)cheese melted over
D: 300g gammon with 50g peas and 50g carrots followed by two plums

Drinks: 3 teas plus 1l of Tesco Sparkling water

All totted up to 1660 cals 75g of carbs.

Late edit to say I upped the cals to 1840 and carbs to 95g with a cup of warm milk (with cinnamon, turmeric and coriander in it).

Not feeling hungry but still have a couple of hundred calls to play with still. Same again tomorrow and then a 600 fasting day. Down from 15st 3lbs in Jan to 14st 5lbs. Will keep plugging away.

Have to say that - take away the potatoes - and my old nan's meat and two veg diet wasn't so far wrong!
 
Lidl protein rolls as garlic bread with cheese - why didn't I think of this months ago?

D. Rump steak cooked in the oven with onion and gravy, roast celeriac, cabbage, carrots and shallot.
