What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Today ... very little
L - a babybel and "chicken on a stick"
D - fried sea bass.
S - oxo, coffee & cream, sneaky lager, maybe some merlot in a bit if there's any in the house!

L: huge salad, tom, cuc, coleslaw, hard boiled eggs, greenery, olives, 2 squares 70%
D: bratwurst, 1 tablespoon root mash, coleslaw

Don't feel i fulfilled the Leafy Green Mission today. But i am pleasantly stuffed. :D
 
B. Porridge, 2 rounds whole meal bread with butter and marmalade and cup of tea.

L. Spaghetti Bolognase, Yogurt and blueberries, 2 large glasses of Merlot

D. Half a pizza, small banana, 2 large glasses of Sauvignon Blanc

S. One slice of toast with butter and jam with tea and a ginger nut

May have to cut back at son's wedding tomorrow.
 
B: cup of tea.
L: 2x small granary rolls with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber.
D: went out for a meal: griddled tuna on a salad of new potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, olives, anchovies and a crispy soft boiled egg. Wasn't nice, tuna really salty with no seasoning on the salad. Ended up leaving most of it. A fizzy water.
S: Costa iced coffee.

L 1 pkt of Mattesons chicken bites
S 2 pieces of Diablo dark suger free choc
D 1 beefburger / 1 hot dog sausage / onions fried in butter

S: handful (large) of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
L: Appetina (sp?) and olives and whole crunchy garlic cloves in olive oil.
My breath is FEROCIOUS!!! with beef tom and seaweed sprinkles
D: will be chicken breast baked with pepperoni slices and grated cheese, with stir fried kale and asparagus. In butter.

One cannot have too much butter.

I feel the kale and the seaweed => Leafy Green Merit Award

B: Bacon, sausage, black pudding, tomato, fried egg, mushroom; cappucino (breakfast at local garden centre with my daughter and the 2 Tiny Terrorists)
L: Not really needed, but had a couple of low-carb crackers & cheese, and some chocolate chia pudding with black cherries
D (will be): Small...!! Salmon and some mixed salad leaves
Carbs: 55g (Oops, higher than normal, but no spikes so far, thank goodness, BGs at 6.6 two hours after lunch)

How about a few chunks of cheese with a big, crunchy salad and a hot chocolate made with cocoa and cream (and sweetener, if you like it sweet)? When I first started LCHF I was advised on the forums to squash hunger pangs and cravings with high fat, high-satiety foods before the cravings could derail what I was trying to achieve. It works!

My sugars r 8.4 I will have some cheese I think n salad thankyou
