You're such a rebel!! I love salted chocolate. Aldi do them from time to time.

I have been low carbing for years and I had the worst day yesterday.
Breakfast
Large mug unsweetened soya milk
Two pieces 90 per cent chocolat
Lunch
Two bowls home made broccoli soup
About 30gm almonds
Dinner
Raw veg crudites plus dips
6 dorito crisps
Chicken with tomatoes, olives, garlic and broccoli and fine green beans
Lots of red wine
Bloody big slice of cheesecake, strawberries and cream.

Not a low carb cheesecake but a rather lovely one from waitrose!!

I am normally really good and on high days and holidays might have a tiny sliver but this was big.

However I am getting back on the wagon today

B - ff Greek yogurt 1/2 fresh peach teaspoon mixed seeds and nuts.

L - home made Gazpacho

Snack - almonds and grated coconut.

D - will have cheese & courgette omelette maybe some tomato

Drink - black coffee, water and had couple diet soda which I don't usually

Yesterday -
B: none
S: a green smoothie drink, 2 g carbs per portion. Odd flavour. Think I was supposed to put it in fruit juice or something, but that will never happen.
L: fish and chips - small fish, only ate half the batter, and half the chips. The peas were awesome. So often over cooked. These were fresh, popped in the mouth, bursting with flavour, and better than the fish OR the chips! I should get some peas. Had forgotten how much I love them.
D: chicken, bacon, leek in cheese sauce with coleslaw. Mr B found a buy 2 get third free on the coleslaw, so it will figure largely over then next few days.

Today -
B: bacon and egg, tea
L: none
S: slice of cheese
D: baked salmon, spinach salad and coleslaw

Tomorrow will be -
Fast til evening meal, so just coffeesubstitute, broth, herb teas and water
D: more baked salmon (cold), shredded with lemon and mayo. Mr B is already planning the sandwich, with some fancy bread. I will have a salad, and more coleslaw. The salmon is amazing. We bought the whole side, and it was at least 12 inches across at the widest part. The flavour is astonishing. Sadly, this is the last of it.

Dinner is always a mystery at this time of the day. Never really planned ahead of time.

Drinking lots of water Feeling hopeful that I will soon lose some visceral fat!
