I was doing really well today until I bought Oppo Mint Choc icream - blaming @KevinPotts (new lower price in Waitrose) 2x 2 scoops but super tasty.

Dinner: rump, fillet, sausage BBQ and Lindt Dor Sea salt chockie with Paxton Shiraz (3 glasses)

The goat stew sounds amazing, Galja! I love curry goat, too - have you ever tried that?goat stew with chickpeas, slow cooked for hours bone in with lemon verbena and sage stems (I use the leaves and flowers for putting in meat, the stems for cooking meat upon), big green Turkish low salt olives (Marmarabirlik), kefir to drink.
For lunch I had a pickled egg in calamara olive juice, marinate three days, some herring in sour cream with onions, and half a baked yam
breakfast this morning was two scrambled eggs with kashkaval cheese, a buffalo trail stick, tons of coffee with high fat milk, bowl of peanut butter bumpers (the shocker!)
