B. My Portobello Egg Benedict (portobello mushroom with wilted spinach, slice of wafer thin ham, poached egg and a tablespoon of hollandaise mixed with 0% yogurt
L. Half avocado with prawns, boiled beetroot and 2 tablespoons of Tesco tuna crunch.
D. Leftovers from last night. 2 lamb chops I'd marinated in a mix of tandoori paste and yoghurt with curried roasted cauliflower slices and spinach.
Snacks were walnuts and a less sugar latte
And only 8g carbs! Mixing the hollandaise with some 0% yoghurt keeps the calorie count around 240. It is gorgeous by the way. I love breakfast - best meal of the day for a diabeticWelcome back! That portobello egg benedict sounds gorgeous

Predictive gave a odd thing thereBreakfast - My Veggie Frittata
Basically any veg I have (this morning it was tomato , peppers , mushroom and spinach) fried in my wee frittata pan and then an egg mixed with a bit yoghurt and parsley. Shove it under the grill to cook the top after you cook for a few mins on the hob.
Coffee
Lunch was a snack. Tea, 3 walnuts and 2 Lotus coffee biscuits (I feed the family tonight)
Dinner - will have a Campari with soda and a white wine spritzer
Food will be having chicken pakora and little lamb kebabs which I've spiced. Also onion baggi
I noticed the Konjac rice and non smelly too! No more rinsing. I use a portobello mushroom as a "bun" if I make burgers.B: LC breakfast muffin with egg and bacon. Maccies eat yer heart out!
L: a little Kerala curry with Konjac rice (which is now available in Tescos! Yay!!!)
D: homemade burger, no bun. With cheese, green beans and broccoli
