Then ate a bag on pistachios, my thumbs are sore!
And a half avocado..Still fighting DP but improving again. Bed on 6.5 arose to 7 and it crept up to 7.8 before breakfast turned it around then it headed downwards for the rest of the day.
B. 2 Sainsburys gluten free pork chipolatas, 2 rashers of crispy bacon, 2 scrambled eggs with parsley, chestnut mushroom and black Tea.
L. Coffee with a dash of cream, 20g edam and 20g jarlesburg with 2 slice M&S smokehouse chicken
D. Really wanted a salad so M&S king prawns, boiled egg, little gem lettuce , 4 baby plum tomatoes, 3 walnuts, 2 applewood smoked cheese slices and Helmanns.
Will have my couple of walnuts pre bedtime.
