When I did the Crackslaw I cut out a lot of the fats. I used a touch to stop the mince sticking and the cabbage I steamed no butter before putting it in with the mince. As you said by the time the cheese went in there was plenty of fat in it.I tried the DD crackslaw last night and it said to cook the mince in butter. I'd already cooked the cabbage in butter and olive oil so didn't add more butter. What with the cheese added too ... it enjoyed it but it was rather oily so I hear what you're saying. You can have too much of a good thing!

It was Cadburys Dairy Milk. I have no excuse, either, as I have some Green & Burton 85% in the cupboard.....
I would have gone into a total panic!I once got a Cadbury cream egg stuck in my mouth! I couldn't get it out, obviously couldn't swallow it whole, and couldn't angle it in my mouth in order to bite it in half.
I had to wait for it to melt
