Toothpick was a bit of faffing about so I did what I do with the Balmoral Chicken breast - roll out a rasher of streaky bacon and wrap the stuffed chicken breasts like a mummy. I make low carb ricotta pancakes which are pretty tasty. Pancakes were one of my 'misses' until I discovered the low carb version.My eating over the last couple of days has been a bit chaotic. Looking forward to getting back to Diet Doctor menu organisation.

B: none, then Mr B developed a passion for American pancakes, went out and bought a pack, and had them with cream and fruit. Which set me off. I made a sweet mug cake and served that with cream and 2 strawberries. lush.
L: none (too full), then around 4pm I remembered that I had defrosted a slice of orange and rum cake, that needed eating. So Mr B and I shared that, with cream.
D: mince with cheese on top and a huge salad.
The next few days will mainly be DietDoc - aubergine pizza puree, chicken with feta and olives, baked fish with broccol and peppers.
