Breakfast - skipped. First time skipping breakfast when exercising in the morning. 1.5 hours walking football successfully completed. Was hungry by the end of it, but no ill effects.
Lunch - tuna mayo with rocket and baby plum tomatoes; Oppo salted caramel ice cream with added cream.
@mo53 I enjoyed the salted caramel flavour - much nicer than the vanilla, but the chocolate is still my favourite.
Dinner - will be bolognese (new batch needs to be prepared today) with courgetti and grated cheese and probably a couple of squares of 90%
Anyone have any suggestions for alternative sauces that will go with courgetti? Would like to add to my range. Allergic to mushrooms and hate aubergine, but most other things fine. Ideally sauces that can be made in bulk and frozen, but open to others if they are quick and easy. Thanks.
