Funnily(thurs 7/9/17)
Hello again!
Feeling a lot better today.... acupuncture sure helps!!
B- 2x hard boiled eggs and camomile tea (But not in bed today!!)
L- 2x wholegrain rice cakes, loads of peanut/coconut butter with cucumber 500 ml still water
D- mmm, not too sure yet... there's a white cabbage needs using.... maybe a vegi sausage dinner?
Snack (11.15am) Alpro soya coconut yogurt and I added 5g tsp of choc sauce.... yummy!
I will drink minimum 4L still water with the odd mug of camomile/ginger tea
Unfortunately, boursin dairy.... I'm not allowed
but I will get a vegan soft 'cheese' spread and add a little garlic and 'erbs to it, then I'll give it a whirl!!
@Brunneria would love to know your paleo porridge recipe as getting a wee bit tired of homemade nut granola, yogurt and berries!Yesterday:
B: lc paleo porridge (I LOVE this stuff, and it is only 115 calories and I think only about 9g of carbs with nil bg impact)
L: carvery meal with inlaws. masses of veg, surprisingly low fat, and none of the carby and gluteny options
D: coconut wraps filled with lettuce, tomato, diced peppers and chipotle chicken (think coronation chicken except I put chipotle chilli in the mayo instead of curry paste)
Today
B: lc paleo porridge
L: coconut wraps with chipotle chilli chicken salad
D: the leftovers from the dietdoc bolognese sauce with lots of veg, including wilted spinach and mozzarella.

@Brunneria thanks so much for that and even better that I don't have to make it! Will also look forward to @Chook recipe.I will tag in @Chook she has a recipe that is very similar to the stuff i have.
Mine was a trial purchase from Amazon.
A search for 'nutmeal' should find it.
In case you want to make your own, here is the ingredient list
(Dont get hung up on the dried fruit. There is usually an average of 4 goji and one blueberry per serving!)
- INGREDIENTS: Coconut flour, almond flour, natural sweetener erythritol, psyllium husk, blueberries, cranberries, ground cinnamon, konjack flour, goji berries, Himalayan salt
The trick is to put a serving in a bowl, add 300ml of water and leave it for 10 mins. At which point you have lovley thick gloopy porridge. Cold. You can then heat it, if you like, but i actually prefer it cold.
I liked it so much, i bought a second packet with the intention of keeping it for travel and holidays, while i made my own at home. But now i am eating it all, and will have to sort myself out with @Chook 's recipe, which should be a significant saving!
@Brunneria thanks so much for that and even better that I don't have to make it! Will also look forward to @Chook recipe.
