It's beautiful out today, only -2 C so will barbeque the chicken instead. Yum.I guess I should add
B- coffee with cream, 2 egg omelette with cheese, piece is sausage, 6 grape tomatoes
L- stole 3 perogies with sour cream off husbands plate (bad, has carbs).
D- will be chicken breast with salad.
Argh, and it's only noon so will likely be more food. Good thing I don't snack after dinner.
Love the idea of chicken stuffed with haggis. Is it easy to make?Bed 6.8 FBG 6.2. Full scale blizzard today so glad I stocked up to Saturday yesterday.
B. 1/2 lidl high protein roll with cheese savoury. Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream.
L. Slice roast beef and slice ham.
D. Chicken breast stuffed with haggis and celeriac chips. Steamed brussel sprouts.
Resist the Halo Top; resist the Halo top.....
May have been a wee beasties yesterday but it isn't today. Schools and nurseries closed , roads a shambles. Never left the house today and it's a blizzard again. I have memories of walking to school/work in conditions like this.

Must find these 100% choc buttonsHi all - hope keeping well in these freezing and blizzard conditions.
@Goonergal well done on 23/1 fast especially when weather shrieks “comfort food now”! I’m pleased I’m now on maintenance and hoping that 18/6 most days will do this - will keep one meal a day in my armoury if I do start gaining again.
Breakfast coffee and cream
Lunch blue cheese omlette followed by coffee and four 100% choc buttons
Dinner slow cooked beef and pepper casserole with cauli and broccoli cheese followed by lemon and lime mousse made with sugar free lemon and lime jelly whisked with cream, lemon juice and zest very zingy!
They are stocked in larger hotel chocolate shops - kept alongside the specialist cocoas and teas well they are in brum! Think they are meant for cooking or hot choc but they are great for small choc nibbles. When I’m being strict I find two just hit the spot without any damage as each button works out at 0.2g of carb.Must find these 100% choc buttons

Yes. Chicken breast - cut it but not all the way through and batter out a bit. Put a bit of haggis in the middle and fold the chicken breast over to cover the haggis. You can also wrap the chicken breast in parma ham to keep the haggis in. Brown on the outside then pop in the oven at 200c for about 25 mins. Also nice with a creamy sauce. Saute some onion, dash of brandy or whiskey add some cream and season.Love the idea of chicken stuffed with haggis. Is it easy to make?
Oh my word, I just hope I can get a haggis tomorrow. What do you reckon the chances of that happening here in Oxford?Yes. Chicken breast - cut it but not all the way through and batter out a bit. Does it taste like tea? coz tea makes me pukeAlso look out for the Teaolat - cocoa infused tea. Zero carb and like a comforting hot chocolate if you add double cream. It’s not cheap (but considerably cheaper than buying a coffee/hot chocolate from a coffee shop). It was in the same section as the 100% drops. They also had single bags of it wrapped in foil at the counter if you want to try it first.
I've made a diet doctor version before. They are similar to the Fathead dough recipes.Did you make the pierogies from scratch?
Works with black pudding too if you can't get haggis. I'm in Scotland so haggis is plentiful.Oh my word, I just hope I can get a haggis tomorrow. What do you reckon the chances of that happening here in Oxford?
