That shouldn't be a problem; I remember my old Dad riding his BSA 650 Gold Flash he was 5'2", my late FiL had one and was 6'2". I never quite made the 6', stopped @ 5'11 3/4" but I've shrunk a bit now: must have washed too much!Relatively tall 187 cms

Breakfast:
Lunch: ham and extra strong cheddar with cauliflower and broccoli salad .
@DJC3 Rachox will obviously speak for herself but our local Waitrose used to have a salad bar and there was definitely cauliflower and broccoli just as nature intended.@Rachox I’m intrigued by your favourite salad of broccoli and cauliflower - is just raw florettes? Do you blanch or stir fry? Use any sort of dressing?
I often nibble a raw cauli florette while I’m preparing one but havent ever used it as a salad ingredient, and I’ve never considered raw brocolli.

Yup as @ianpspurs says @DJC3 , I just eat raw chopped cauliflower and broccoli sometimes with another ingredient such as sweet pepper or raw mushrooms. I like that it has a bit more substance than just leaves@DJC3 Rachox will obviously speak for herself but our local Waitrose used to have a salad bar and there was definitely cauliflower and broccoli just as nature intended.
@Rachox and @DJC3 that combo was just what we used back in the day. I would have had it swimming in a balsamic dressing back then acv now maybe. Do you use any old broccoli @Rachox as I only envisage it working with tenderstem type?Yup as @ianpspurs says @DJC3 , I just eat raw chopped cauliflower and broccoli sometimes with another ingredient such as sweet pepper or raw mushrooms. I just buy cheap and cheerful Tesco fresh cauliflower and broccoli florets. I forgot to say, sometimes have mayo or Caesar salad dressing on it
@DJC3 Just occurred to me that the French remoulade type salad with celeriac would be an amazing carrier for these veggies. Our boys loved this and@Rachox and @ianpspurs thanks both. It must be a lot healthier eating them raw, I think I’ll have to wean myself in gently by adding to other salad with a big spoonful of mayo.

Can't usually stand the woman but swap the sugar and this Mary Berry recipe works pour moi

Wow @DJC3 I somehow imagined you as a foodie with all the tools and trappings. Chopping is easy just cut into circles and remove edges. I have added the making of this to Mrs Ps appraisal targets and she believes the spiralizer I kindly provided her one wedding anniversary or ChristmasNice idea, I love celeriac remoulade but chopping/ grating celeriac is too much of a fag ( I haven’t got a food processor) cauli and broc are much easier.
