Tesco's have Halo Top on offer at the moment. I find Breyers too creamy and I prefer Halo Top mainly because it has a big selection of flavours. I tend to keep it to one scoop.Yesterdays menu
B: usual milled flax, chia seeds and oatbran with greek yoghurt
L: Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, toms - out at a cafe so shared an all day breakfast with my toddler, she had the beans and toast!
D: Meatballs in homemade tomato sauce with cauli rice, couple of squares of green and blacks salted caramel dark choc.
Have seen lots of people talking about ice cream - this is new since I was last seriously low carbing! Are the halo top, Breyers and oppo all pretty similar? Have also been looking at lo dough but it's quite a hefty price tag, I'm guessing as a lot of you use it you'd say it's worth it?
Shipping is £3.95 but since the "maple" syrup is £5.50 less than Amazon and the "sugars" £4 a pack less a doubled up order is a good saving.Just found the Lakanto monk fruit sweeteners on this site for less than Amazon are charging. Don't know about their shipping costs though. They have the other Lakanto products too.

Looks good, well doneBrekkie - overnight oats made with almond milk, blueberries and pecans. Tea
Lunch - Teriyaki beef, edamame beans, spicy pepper squid (yo sushi - not ideal apart from the beef but better then something rice or noodle based)
Snack of olives this afternoon
Dinner - lo dough pizza. Put garlic butter on both sides before cooking, tomato puree, cheese and meatballs! A success. Haven't had pud yet but made chocolate chia pudding earlier so I'll have that with cream shortly View attachment 27887
Wow that raspberry clafoutis looks amazingHi all. Hungry day today.
Breakfast - none
Mid-morning snack - 30g almonds. Out at Kew Gardens and thankfully had picked these up at Sainsbury’s on the way: as later discovered Kew no longer sell pork crackling
Lunch - hunger increasing so picked up an egg and spinach protein pot and 25g bag of almonds at Tesco on the way to catch train
Dinner - beef short rib followed by a raspberry clafoutis recommended on one of the fasting glucose threads. Delicious.
Also learned something today. Having searched high and low for flaxseed that wasn’t ground, the guy in Holland and Barrett informed me that lI seeds are the same thing.

I would love the recipe pleaseIt’s very good! Was a bit worried as only have a springform tin and online I read not to use those for clafoutis because of the risk of leaking, but no problems with that at all. And so easy to make.
@marvkat all a matter of personal taste - I was starting to think it was just me that found that. Shame you didn't like it after the effort of making it but console yourself that you have made my day brighter.Turns out fat head pizza isn't for mebase is far too stodgy/cake like, so just ate the topping (onion, mushroom, ham, cheese) with salad!
