B - Heck 97% meat square sausage, cheese and fried egg.
D - Cauli tortilla with cheese
S - oxo, merlot

Those Heck sausages are a bit bland, but that's because they're pretty much all meat. Buy 'em and add your own herbs. I use rosemary a lot, but next time I'm going to try sage & pepper

Welcome to the Coyo Appreciation Society!!! How good are THOSE bad boys, huh?! :)
Brilliant numbers - well done!

@debrasue oh wow, I loved the Coyo! So so good, really great taste. Will probably use to replace some of the cheese I've been eating in the evening LOL - thanks for the introduction, firmly in the appreciation society now

I found this the other day...91ca8Vi58SL._SY355_.jpg
It's not cheap, by any means, but I make 7 good-sized rolls out of a pack and if you miss bread, as I do, they are a very good substitute. Satisfying and with a great 'mouth feel', thanks to all the seeds. 103 cals/1.8 carbs per roll - not far off Oopsie numbers but FAR more satisfying! Dead easy to make, too.
We don't have a Lidl anywhere nearby, so I can't get their protein rolls, but I've stopped stressing about that now!
:)
