What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B: became a brunch in the garden with friends! Crustless egg and bacon tart, mackerel pate - and prosecco :) ... well it is Sunday

D: cheese, LivLife bread and a couple of items from today's baking adventure. Coconut macaroons and Peanut butter cookies - both very good. Will be taking to my diabetes course this week to prove you can cope without sugar!

Can you post a link to the macaroons and peanut butter cookies or PM me the links please? Those look really good.

So we needed a quick supper tonight. Made the mistake of going to subway. Had 3/4 of a footlong and wow am i regretting that. Before 5.3 after 8.8 and my gut is killing me. Man I hate carbs now. Also know why i felt so bad after eating this stuff for the last few years.

I am doing the fasting as well as the low carb. I eat at 7pm last night and it is 0800am here in Australia. I will wait until I am hungry and then your poached egg on spinach sounds delicious. I have been doing this for 6 days and the fasting time so far has been 16 hours.

I'm not sure, yesterday seemed like an upset tummy, but I have been having problems there anyway. I saw doctor on Monday he said it's probably IBS, to have blood test in couple of weeks if it don't settle. But today I'm aching all over and feel bit fluey, I'm just going to look up low carb flu. X
