I also had the body of a space hopper, but its seems to have got a puncture

L. Slice of ham and cheese

D. I tried to eat as low carb as possible at Indian restaurant. My sin was a papadom. Sheek kebab starter followed by chicken tikka with salad. :)
 
B 2 mugs of tea with lactofree milk
Bulletproof coffee at 11
Late lunch bag of pork scratchings
Dinner 3 lamb chops with spinach and bacon followed by some cheese and walnuts with a chaser of full fat greek yoghurt topped off with double cream and a teaspoon of clotted cream.. mmmm
 
No breakfast
prawn salad with olive oil dressing about 1pm
salmon & cabbage/ broccoli/onion/mushroom fried in butter
+ some full fat yoghurt with a few raspberries about 6.30 - 7pm
no more food till lunch tomorrow (is the plan)

Also had 2 coffees with cream .... (felt very guilty)

My brain is telling me I will have gained weight on my next weigh-day (Tues)

Yes and No, Graizing is NOT good, but I still do it, often of an evening

B: Greek Yoghurt with grated lindt 90% choc
L: Salad consisting of Iceburg lettuce, spinach, rocket, radish, tomato, black olives, feta cheese, celery, coriander, ham and dressed in olive oil/apple cider vinegar/basalmic vinegar
D: Will be Duck breast, spinach and dauphinoise potatoes
 
B: bacon sausage egg slice black pudding - out for breakfast
L/S: none
D: chicken shashlik, saag paneer, brinjal bhaji, onion bhaji, salad

Bit of a cunning plan, actually. Split the lovely lc takeaway exactly in half. Half tonight. Half tomorrow. :D

L. Chinese buffet. Hot and sour soup. Sins- 1 triangle of prawn toast and 2 ribs. Prawns with chilli and bamboo shoots.

40 minutes swimming.

D. Smoked haddock. 8 strawberries with Greek yoghurt.
 
B: another brekkie out :D v decadent. Bacon, egg, a few beans, half a slice of fried bread. Tut tut ;)

D: the other half of last night's curry. Yum!

Homemade bacon & lentil soup with some cheese on the top - then greek yogurt & raspberries for dinner

Very satisfying

Snack : Apple
D: Roast Lamb, snips, pots, cabbage and green beans. Cheese and celery and crackers all washed down with red wine

D. Small piece of steak with gravy, cauliflower, carrots and onion. 8 strawberries with plain Greek yoghurt.

L: 50g marmite cashews. Usually love 'em, but this bag was seriously lacking in marmite! Have chucked the rest.
D: homemade chicken balti with courgette, onion, aubergine, tomato, cauli rice

Depends whether you are on any meds that require you to eat regularly? Insulin, gliclazide, even metformin if it makes you uncomfortable to take on an empty stomach... I'm sure there are others. I would check the leaflets for any meds, to be sure.

Having said that, many of us skip meals (as you will see above, i hardly ate til dinner today). Intermittent Fasting combines really well with lchf.
