I'm seeing things today - tichy milk? Was sure that was Black Forest Gateau and my eyes deceive me......you are too full for a pomegranate pot ?Hello
B. Black Forest fruit with yoghurt
L. Camambert and walnuts
D. Trout with a ginger, soy and chilli marinade with courgette and onion fried. Strawberries and yoghurt.
I'm really, really full so may not have pomegranate tonight.
Where would we be without sugar free jellies - I love them with creamA rare meat free day for me. DP in over drive this morning - woke at 7.2 and unusually stayed there before breakfast, but up to 7.7 after breakfast (usually goes down after brekkie). But down to 5.5 before lunch, 5.6 after lunch and 5.2 before dinner.
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - tuna mayo with rocket and baby plum tomatoes
Dinner - sea bass fillet fried in butter with juice of half a lemon and chopped parsley, with cauliflower and broccoli
Edited - forgot the sugar free jelly mixed with cream for dessert with dinner.
Snack - 20g cheese between breakfast and lunch.

Is it possible you have a bug coming on? My BG always 'tells' me of the impending arrival of a bug before it hits.Still running 'high' today ...
Cheese omelette went from 8.0 to 10.0
Avocado mushrooms smoked salmon Mayo went from 6.6 to 8.4 (only taken me up .3 at other times)
Field mushrooms stuffed with Philly, herbs and garlic and topped with cheddar served with creamy leeks (had it late so don't know what it has done to BG yet but started at 7.0
I'm beginning to associate you with mackerel as much as I associate @mo53 with pomegranate pots and @Brunneria with Lindt Excellence.Breakfast: Snickerdoodle pancakes (very nice)

Lunch: Mackerel fillets fried in butter - I should have had them for breakfast but forgot to defrost them over night
Dinner: Prawns in a Thai sauce, cauliflower rice and stir-fried in butter mangetout (I'm cooking dinner late and in a hurry tonight and so I'm cheating and using a frozen ready dish - only 4.2g carbs per helping)

Snack: Glass or two of red wine
