Brunch - 1 DGF strawberries & cream slice with sliced strawberries & fresh cream over the top. 1 mug of earl grey tea
Dinner - 1 lo-dough pizza (made 2, I will put 1 in the fridge for tomorrow) with mushrooms, onions & cheese (I had lo-dough in the cupboard which is out of date end of April) - it didn't look too fresh but used it as I remember it was not cheap, also had a piece last week or week before with kebab meat and I didn't realise I should have put the remaining piece in the fridge so it went straight in the bin. It actually made a decent pizza so will buy again and what is the best fillings you put in them if having as a sandwich type thing?
Wishing you a very good and fruitful outcome for your RBH visit.Sausages and a mushroom omelette, tomatoes for brakfast.
Lunch was a low carb wrap filled with cold meat and salad.
Chicken breasts and veggies gravy for dinner.
I am going to Brisbane later this morning by train to see a vascular specialist at the RBH tomorrow morning, they are trying to get the incompetent veins in my right leg working so that the wound in my leg heals properly.
Qld. Health pay for the return train trip and subsidise my accommodation which is a great help. I have been staying at a apartment which is close to the hospital called theAnnexe which is self contained bring your own food.
There are quite a few takeaway places close by, and just out of the Annexe is a Vietnamese restaurant / take away called Mo Pho which serbves up nice and spicy stuff.
