Sounds very good....You can make the cheesecake with stevia and make the base from ground almonds and butter - bake at 170, but watch because it burns easily... my friend refused to believe me when I told her it wasn't biscuits in the base...
lush.... the difficult part is restricting yourself to one slice a day really...

I make the topping from full fat cream cheese and double cream, bit of vanilla extract and a spoonful of sweetener. It keeps in the fridge for a few days and I use it as a 'fat bomb'. I've never been too fussed about the base anyway
