Thank you @Mongolia for the Ugg recommendation. I bought a varied multipack. The bread is a keeper. I think the muffins may be too high carb for me, but will suit MrB perfectly and give me an occasional treat.

Does anyone else find it difficult to juggle the fat/protein/carb %'s??? 2 out of 3 I can handle but all 3 and I hesitate.... maybe it's like walking and chewing. ;-)

B: chia seeds, a sprinkle of Aldi goji & seed mix, Lactofree-cream, 4 raspberries. Water.

Glad you enjoyed the bread @Brunneria I found that it lasted quite a long time and was a good texture to be able to slice thinly. Will be making another to take away camping on Thursday (although still can't quite get over the shock of the cost of a pack!!) The Ugg website does have recipes for things to make other than bread using the mix which may be of interest.

Ooh looks like you had tumbleweeds blowing through your cupboards @copey399! Would doing a big shop and a day's worth of cooking/baking to fill the freezer with individual portions be useful?

B: coffeencream
L: chicken in puttanesca and additional med veg
S: knorr stock pot with dash cream
D: will probably be cheese.

Dipped a bit low pre lunch because i forgot to snack before dog walking. No idea what it dropped to, because i forgot my meter too! But i didn't have any adrenalin surge and the usual rage issues, so I'm thinking that i'm now in ketosis consistently enough that my glycogen reserves are depleted so that liver dumping isn't possible.

Ace result.

Now i just have to keep it up.
This narrow band of vlc is the only way i lose weight.
I had to goggle "puttanesca" and it came up with something interesting definitions.... :)

http://lusciouslowcarb.blogspot.co.uk/2011/01/low-carb-batter-fried-fish.html
with roasted celeriac sticks, steamed broccoli and home-made tartare sauce. It was delicious and the leftover batter will do for onion rings and maybe mushrooms. Or something.
BS before 5.5, 1hr after 6.3, 2hrs 6.0. I'm ok with that.

B: pancakes with chocolate sauce
L: tuna salad at a local cafe, with a slice of lemon and poppyseed baked cheesecake, which I had in my bag which they didn't mind plating up for me whilst my friend had a slice of their carrot cake

L: beef tomato, mozarrella ball, greek olives. Lush. Gave it to MrB too, and he was blown away by it. I can never quite work out why he thinks 'diet' food has to be sawdust.

Oh, and there may have been the odd cherry. I think i am obsessed.
