What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: Part 1: 2 slices whole grain rye toast with two fried eggs, butter. Part 2: 1/4 cup of oatmeal with some prickly pear fruit (it is good for diabetics).
Snack: Brie cheese with a few apple slices.
Lunch: Grilled salmon with zucchini turned into spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and shaved asiago
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner: Large spinach salad with tomatoes, scallions, olive oil, lemon, parmigiana cheese.
Snack #1: Popcorn
Snack #2: String cheese
Snack #3: Peanuts

Drinks: Coffee (1 cup), Tea (1 cup), Seltzer Water (several cups), Regular Water (constant)
 
B: Almond cheese scones with brussels pate, left over strawberries
S: 1 tsp almond butter
L: Cheese omelette with brussels sprouts, blueberries & cream
D: Turkey from last night in salad with oil & balsamic dressing, fat bomb
 
B 2 x cups of tea
L Cheese, Onion and ham Omlette
D Roast chicken on a bed of onions, spinach, asparagus, carrots, kelp noodles with homemade mayo.
 
B: pancakes with chocolate sauce
L: tuna salad at a local cafe, with a slice of lemon and poppyseed baked cheesecake, which I had in my bag which they didn't mind plating up for me whilst my friend had a slice of their carrot cake
D: beef chilli with cheese and sour cream
That's interesting. I never thought of taking my own food and combining it with suitable cafe food with their permission. As long as you contribute something to their income that seems fair.
 
Camping in Brittany

B: 1 buckwheat pancake made of water and buckwheat.. Oilless scrambled egg nothing added. Cup of Coffee with1/4 cup full cream uht milk and 1 tsp xylotol. Bowl of raw cucumber, tomato and onion with squirt of mayo and dollop of dijon mustard.
Snack: handful of wasabi peanuts.
L: double portion of fresh sardines fried in own oiliness. Bowl of salad as breakfast. 1 boiled potato and 1 boiled carrot. Coffee as for breakfast.
Snack: 2 petite Fromage Frais.
S: 2 corn thins. Bowl of salad as for breakfast. 3 slices of Goats cheese. Coffee and milk as for breakfast.
How much buckwheat can you tolerate? I make sauces and gravy with it. It's cheaper than other ground stuff!
And what are you cooking on?

And, in a sneaky supper, a couple of sausages the kids hadn't eaten. A bit too much protein, but then again I did hit the weights yesterday so I'm technically bodybuilding :rolleyes:
 
So far I had a coffee with lactofree and coconut oil and two teaspoons of cream cheese and green tea... and thinking about the fat fast...
 
Breakfast - 2 pork chipolata sausages, 2 fried bacon and 1 fried egg
Snack - strawberries and cream
Lunch - tuna with mayonnaise, cheese, 3 cherry tomatoes, cucumber, small amount of pickled beetroot
Snack - cathedral city mini
Dinner - either pork chop or pork belly draft with cabbage, green beans and little bit of gravy
 
B: 2 eggs scrambled with 3 rashers and a Tom
L: spinach leaves with potato salad, various cheeses and smoked tuna
D: prawns wrapped in bacon, 2 little chorizo sausages, tomato and fish (no idea what, not tuna but similar) salad and a smoked pimento salad

Add copious amounts of wine to above, plus loads of water and a coffee with cream for breakfast.
 
Today
B - 2 bacon. 2 eggs
L - Chicken & salad leaves, 1 avocado
D - 1 drumstick, 2 wings.
S - a few macadamia nuts and a few pistachios.

I've also just had my first bulletproof coffee. Ye Gods! Not bad, though.

L. Raspberries and cream

Snack. Cheddar cheese with chive and onion, cheese with chilli.
I'm going out for dinner but I'm not sure where. :)

L. Prawns, tomatoes & 2 Nairns cheese oatcakes.
D. Welsh lamb chop and vegetables, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts & double cream,
Numerous cups of coffee with cream

L: 1 egg with creame cheese and bacon
S: 1 pork sausage with some more cheese

S: prunes and cheese.... yes I gave in, I've been anxious all day long and really down moodwise...
D: Hopefully... Aubergine, avocado, tomato, feta, sweet potato and sausage (I don't think I will be able to do any fat fast soon)...

L: 2 slices Ugg bread. Marmite. Peanut butter
D: will be chicken thighs in some fantastically creative sauce that i havent yet dreamed up...

And there will be 2 squares 70% choc too. With a cuppa.

L.kippers 100g,tom,lettuce,cucumber and 20g low fat cheese, 2og of onion. =carbs 8.3 cals 332
S.chicken breast 100g,swede 100g,califlour 80g,carrots 100g, carbs 8.8, cals 165
 
B: chia seeds and stuff with rasps.... still got some fresh.
L: cold chicken celery olives, bit of cheese and a load of sauerkraut...
D: loads of haddock covered in almond flour, broccoli and yet more sauerkraut.... and then some cherries.... may have overdone them..... off to do BG's soon to find out.

I suspect one day I might tire of chia seeds-coffee-cocoa-peanut butter but at the moment I'm finding it just the ******** first thing in the morning, which is (i) surprising to me and (ii) doesn't give anything else a look in....
nothing is forever though.
