What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B: coffee n cream, 2 eggs n cream, scrambled

L: 2 slices bacon, 2 eggs, coffee n cream

D: broccoli, cauliflour, pork belly, cheese sauce, pepsi max

S: cheesecake slice, peanuts
 
Working 3-10 today, so:

Breakfast: Nothing (never hungry in the mornings)
Lunch: Lemon Cream cheese pancakes
'Tea' at Work: Asda Texas BBC Steak Slices, Stiton, Romaine,3 cherry tomatoes and a little bit of red onion
Supper at home: Half a Lidl Protein Roll with taramasalata
 
Cream cheese pancakes:

The basic recipe is:
80g full fat cream cheese,
3 eggs,
half teaspoon baking powder
a teaspoon of psyllium husk
all whizzed together (I use a stick blender) and let it rest for 5-15 mins before frying in coconut oil or butter (or both). It makes three pancakes

For lemon pancakes its the basic recipe above but I add the grated zest of half a lemon and a few drops of vanilla essence
Then, when the pancakes are cooked, sprinkle with lemon juice and sweetener to taste.

You can use the basic recipe to make all kinds of different flavours - lime and coconut, chocolate, cinnamon, plain vanilla with blueberries, or add a savoury filling. .

L: coffee n cream, slice cheese with peri peri mayo, pork belly

D: mince with sour cream, 200gr cauliflour with cheese sauce, pepsi max

S: 2 x coffee n cream, 2 x LC cheesecake slice
 
B. 1.1/2 slices Burgen toast, cheese slice
L. Bacon, eggs & 3 x97%meat chipolatas
D. Cold chicken, cold boiled ham, huge heap cauliflower rice
I've been really hungry today will have snack later in the evening
 
B. 2 small slices Hovis seed bread toasted, butter & Marmite - tea

S. 2 Digestive - coffee & cream

L. 2 small slices Hovis. -Ditto-, with the last of the pate. Water

D. Yesterday's leftovers of sausages,... beans with cauli & broc mash with lemon ..... Onion & Tom gravy. Strawberry jelly & cream. Small glass red wine.
Now I'm feeling sleepy!
 
B. White coffee with sweetener.
L. Green tea with peppermint infusion. Two almond flour crackers. One peanut butter cookie.
S. Sula liquorice sweet and mint humbug.
S. Two slices of toasted buttered Burgen bread, one fried egg, 3 rashers bacon, loads of fried mushrooms. Two squares of 73% cocoa raspberry dark chocolate.

After 9pm One 187ml bottle of Californian Merlot and 2 Babybels.
 
B Scrambled eggs, babyleaf spinach (got to use the dam' stuff up), cherry tomatoes, cheddar, mayo
L Lidl high-protein roll, babyleaf spinach :***:, mayo, beetroot, cheddar
D "good" sausages, bacon, spicy tomato 'n' onion sauce, butternut squash, broccoli, green beans, mushrooms
S May be babyleaf spinach, you won't be surprised to hear
 
B: Greek yogurt with strawberries and raspberries and milled flax seed; coffee with cream and 1/2 teaspoon sweetener
L: roast turkey slice, rocket, tomato, cucumber, half slice of double Gloucester with chives, 6 pecans with olive oil
S: coconut flakes with paprika, Seed and Bean dark chocolate with raspberries
D: posh pork scratchings, two oatcakes with crunchy peanut butter (not much else in the house!)
 
B: Yoghurt with blueberries, peanuts and raisins
L: Half a chicken breast with coleslaw
D: Baked cod and tomatoes with cauli cheese.
Bg back to normal after a stinker of a virus!
 
Breakfast: Nothing, just black coffee
Lunch (at home): 3 scrambled eggs on half a lidl protein roll
Tea (at work) Asda sliced Chilli Chicken Breast, romaine lettuce and three cherry tomatoes, possibly a little sour cream as a dressing.
Supper (at home): The other half of that lidl roll with taramasalata.
 
B: on the 05:50 train - strawberries and blackberries, Total yogurt, flax and chia seeds, water
S: cup of tea, piece of dark chocolate
L: after delivering a workshop, was invited to join the participants for a buffet lunch - carb central! I picked some cheese and avocado off a bagel and drank water. The at 2.30 got back to Kings Cross, rushed into Leon and had the chicken and chorizo hot box with no rice but extra coleslaw (or slaw as they insist on calling it). Very tasty and BG only up 0.2 two hours later
D: Pret or M&S salad/ cheese/ nuts combo on train at 7pm.
 
Okey... I'm in a bit of wonder right now, I haven't been eating well today, only had a bit of cheese and loads of chicken soup so **** all carbs
(7g according to my fitness pal) and only around 700 cals.

I am carving fried chicken... (time of month) can I have it? How many carbs in it? My local chip shop just fries the chicken doesn't put anything on it, it's just skin and meat no flour or anything. So same as normal chicken made at home?
Any advice?

L. 3 chipolatas, baked beans, 1/4 can. Jelly & cream

S. Tea 2 rich tea biccies

D. 3 chicken thighs cooked with lemon & garlic, small tin Pettit poi
