Breakfast:
Spinach, Strawberry and Banana smoothie with a semi skimmed milk. Here's an interesting twist: when its all blended, add a little sparkling water and lightly blend - gives it a nice zing!

Lunch:
Chicken Tikka Wrap with hot chilli sauce. There's this trailer in town where they charcoal grill the chicken fresh and it just smells so nice!

Dinner:
Mum's leftover Lamb curry with a big fridge clear-out salad and a chapatti.

Must plug my new breakfast!

I've bought linseed from Holland and B previously and ground it with my coffee grinder but I came across Harvest Morn's Milled Linseed, Gojiberries, Sunflower and Pumpkin seed mix at my local Aldis (225g gram under £2) and thought I'd try it. It's not bad at all, I prefer to the homemade stuff (only 12g cabs per 100g).

A new healthy breakfast twist.

I had some pumpkin ryvita and cheese as a snack plus some walnuts. Also a small bar of hi cocoa dark choc.

Last meal of the day was a salad with raw green beans, carrots, toms, red onions, olives with smoked mackerel. Dressed in balsamic and olive oil.

Still felt peckish afterwards so polished of some cold roast chicken legs I made yesterday. Finished off with a green tea and lemon.

Brisket with plum tomatoes and shallots, cooked for 10 hours with passata and a little red wine in a slow cooker. Treated myself to three Jersey Royals with it. New potatoes boiled don't seem to bother me if I keep to smaller portion sizes. There's enough meat and sauce left over to make a great beef biryani.

Pickledpepper, is Harvest Morn Alid's own brand or can I get it in other supermarkets? Would love to have some LC cereal.

hehehehe

I've started a trend!

Thank me Aldi, I demand it! lol

Today I had.....

The Aldi Linseed Cereal for breaky...with green tea

Later I was in an experimental mood and made a spicey duck with black bean sauce and vegetable stir fry. Ate it without any rice and it was nice.

Popped to the supermarket and slipped a bit by buying a four pack of small pork pies.......

Evening meal (after a little light training) was a Tuna, sweetcorn (just a little) and green pepper, mayo sandwich, with crusts cut off. Then lost it and scoffed another pork pie......

Finished off with sugar free jelly and green tea with jasmine.

May I join too?
I have the same breakfast and lunch each day:
Breakfast
30g blueberries
80g natural yogurt
25g granola (a seed/nuts one)
That's about 19g carbs

Lunch:
80g Cauliflower
50g sprouts
10g cheese
40g grapes
10g Brazil's
10g walnuts
That's about 13g carbs

Yesterday dinner was two sausages, roasted celeriac, carrot, sprout and cauliflower.
That's was 27g carb

I had a few nuts for a snack. Coffee at brekkie and one at about four, water the rest of the day.
How does that sound?

My diet looks mortifying compared to everybody else's! The plan for today:

Breakfast: weetabix minis with choc chips, 2 pieces of brown toast and a hot chocolate

Lunch: 2 brown sandwich thins with tuna mayo, a packet of Pom bear crisps and a yogurt

Tea: homemade tomato soup with 3 pieces of brown bread

Snacks: 2 boiled eggs, 1 babybel and sugar free jelly

Looks awful in comparison :/
