Is that potato mash? Can you eat it without spiking?

so far the spiky fruit loaf for breakfast
then Lunch - well I was eyeing up the white bread my daughter left here - TWO toasted crusts with masses of butter sounded like heaven BUT in the end I had a can of tuna in oil (drained but not squeezed) mixed in with a small portion of couscous THEN 2 scrambled eggs with grated cheddar and two well buttered Krackawheat. Still got the toast in the back of my mind though not hungry now. I'll blame the carb craving on my broken sleep (and having had a few more over the last few days) was 5.1 pre so I did go down from my 7.8 (8.0) post brekky - tested twice - one with the last strip from tub and again with fresh pot - which was higher.....defo me and the carbs - not the "heat treated" stips

Yes, scrummy aubergine. I did it in ratatouis and didn't like it, but slices shallow fried in olive oil and garlic, topped with parmasan shavings, yum.

My absolute favourite fruit/vegetable.

Chargrilled then piled on a plate with mozzarella, avocado, red onion, tomato, drizzled with olive oil and scattered with sea salt.

Made a big bowl of ratatouille last week and ate it hot and cold with everything - cod, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, bacon, chicken etc.
