Hello. I had a good start to the day as posted earlier.
    D. Fish in butter sauce with a small amount of potato and peas. It wasn't perfect but it could have been a lot worse. I am feeling a lot happier with the day. :)

Hi to all. A recently diagnosed new member here. This thread has given me some great idea's to vary things.I now feel this will be sustainable, especially as I keep discovering new options daily.Haven't been very hungry today.Maybe the Metformin.

Breakfast : Coffee and double cream.Really enjoyed this as I just can't get on with unsweetened soya milk in tea.

Lunch : half a packet of pork scratchings and two tomato's.

Dinner : Toast made from half a Lidl high protein roll with loads of Lurpak two fried eggs, and 100g of Stornoway black pudding.Delish.

Snack : have roasted some pork shoulder keep pinchin bits out of the fridge.

Just a quick question, I bought some lactose free milk just for use in tea, does this solve the milk issue??

    Cheers

Ah yes, though technically not in Tayside, it's close, and Tayside rasps are the best.
